how to resize a graphical windows

is this possible

say graphics 1024,768

creates the window

and i put text in there

and on a bigger monitor with a resolution of 

3840x2160

i want to stretch the graphics screen sooo it is readable on that size of screen

But it is possible!

SetVirtualResolution()

makes it possible to work always with the same resolution and automatically calculates the scaling for the real window size.

Means that you as author can always work with a resolution of 1024x768. If a user opens a window of 3840x2160 the elements will be scaled up to perfect fit also this screen. There are also commands for the mouse: VirtualMouseX() delivers a "1024" when the user moves the mouse to "3840".
