I have a webpage being hosted on my raspberryPI locally, specifically 192.168.1.44:1998 on my local network.   How can i print it's contents?

I can write the contents of webpage files with "HTTP::WWW.BLITZ.COM" etc etc, but it does not support IP inputs?   How can i utilize localhost and make it pull from there?  Currently, using an IP is thrown as a null object.
