SyntaxBomb - Indie Coders

So, When i first remember seeing video games i saw space invaders, Asteroids and then followed by PacMan. My all time favourite was Scramble! folllowed by Sinistar! "Noisy and Ceepy!"  Oh and Defender, So if i would assume Space Invaders is the eaisiest to code and create.

My thoughts so far would be create an array of 20 Enemys. we'd some how move them along! Create are player and then fire a missile. Check wether it Hits etc.

Dont shoot me down WE ALL START SOMEWHERE!  A template would be nice to go on like the senario or the scene to build apon!

have you tried the samples that come with NG ?

These were originally written for legacy BlitzMax and thus might need small adjustments here and there, but should give a fairly good starting point (for example there was an Asteroids clone included).

There is a absolute beginners book for Blitzmax by Sloan Kelly. For kindle and actual paper. The price did went up a while ago(37 bucks amazon) If you are into books and Blitzmax then this might be something to consider?

And i Remember Asteroids.

They used to say. Dont start a sentence with "and", never really worked that one out!

Four or five Objects floating around, Spaceship, Saucer and Some Bullets!
