Blitz3D Flip command takes 50 milliseconds after last Windows 10 update

Anyone else having an issue with the Blitz3D Flip command taking around 50 milliseconds after the last Windows 10 update? My code was working fine before that update, and nothing has changed with it.

Not a huge surprise admittedly, considering what a clownshow Windows 10 is.

EDIT: This is in dedicated fullscreen mode (Graphics mode 1) on 64 bit Windows while using render tweening. The problem doesn't seem to occur in windowed mode.

The problem occurs with both Flip and Flip False used. The later is measured with Vwait outside the time measurement code, so the problem seems to be specific to the Flip command.

I have just updated windows and nvidia drivers.

So far, blitz3d games run like before the updates.

Just updated my graphics driver and the problem seems to have been fixed, so that's good.
