Gotta be Paradroid, no question.

Although Elite, Mercenary, Enigma Force, Drop Zone, Uridium, Pitstop II, Way of Exploding fist and many more were just so good.

But, yeah, Paradroid. It's a fucking masterclass in making a great game.
